No, flights are not included.

What is the cost of airport transfers?
Airport transfers are available at $100 USD. However, if multiple participants arrive on the same flight, we can organize a group transfer at a reduced rate. We'll confirm this once we have more information on booked flights.

What clothes should I bring?
In November, Windhoek experiences warm temperatures, with average highs around 29.5°C (85.1°F) and lows around 17.5°C (63.5°F). We recommend lightweight, breathable clothing for daytime and a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Neutral-colored clothing is advisable for safari activities to blend in with the natural environment.

Will there be bugs?
While there are small critters in the area, there's nothing to worry about. We recommend bringing insect repellent for added comfort.

Do I need vaccinations?
We recommend visiting a travel clinic to receive the appropriate vaccinations for travel to Africa. Consulting with a healthcare professional will ensure you have the most up-to-date information.

What can I expect from the safari experience?
Our safaris are conducted in protected jeeps to ensure both your safety and that of the animals. Please note that touching or feeding the animals is strictly prohibited to maintain their natural behavior and well-being.

Are spa treatments included in the price?
No, spa treatments are not included in the retreat package. However, they are available at an additional cost.

Is travel insurance required?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Is there internet access at the retreat location?

What activities are included in the retreat?
The retreat includes daily yoga sessions, guided safari tours, meditation workshops, and group discussions. A detailed itinerary will be provided upon booking.

Yes, a comprehensive packing list will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.

What is your refund policy?
Retreat Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the retreat runs smoothly. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Initial Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This helps cover planning costs and accommodations.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
More than 90 days before the retreat start date → Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
60 to 89 days before the retreat start date → 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 60 days before the retreat start date → No refunds can be issued, as all expenses will have been committed.
3. Transfer Option
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant. It is your responsibility to find a replacement and inform us at least [60 days] in advance.
4. Travel & Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for missed or canceled flights, personal travel delays, or other external disruptions.
5. Retreat Cancellation by Host
If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
If the retreat is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), refunds may be issued minus any non-recoverable costs, or participants will have the option to transfer to a future retreat.
